SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Star Girl! We ship all of our orders with USPS (United States Postal Service). You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

PRE-ORDERS

Items marked with “Pre-Order” in the title are made to order and may take approximately 2–4 weeks for delivery. This extended timeline is typically due to limited material availability or high demand for the product.

By purchasing a Pre-Order item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. If you no longer wish to wait or placed your order in error, please contact us at [ShopStarGirlFashion@gmail.com], and we’ll be happy to assist you with a refund.

PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

Processing times typically take between 1-15 business days especially during delays, for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

PLEASE NOTE that processing times and shipping times are separate! Please order in a timely matter if you need your order by a specific date. 

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
